Helped the business go through a group level technology transformation programme. Advised Heads-of and C level regarding group level data strategy and governance process aimed at building a robust data delivery department. Implemented and adapted the data strategy as part of major project deliveries and team growth.

First project where I had free reign to improve the way the business uses the data and thinks about it during development process. Built and aligned data environments along their software release pipelines. Automated database releases and advised on data designs focused on cutting down development time and business continuity.
